This document outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the ms88 platform, including all services, features, and content available through the ms88 website and mobile app. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any part of the platform. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the ms88 platform in any way, you hereby agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions stated in this document. Acceptance of these terms is deemed automatic upon your first access to the platform, account registration, or any transaction made through ms88.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the ms88 platform and close any registered accounts. ms88 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time as needed for operational or legal compliance reasons.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the ms88 platform.
Platform use is for personal entertainment only and not allowed for commercial purposes without written permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is legal under the laws of your state or region.
These terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and ms88 as the platform operator.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access all ms88 platform features, you must register an active user account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited. If ms88 detects multiple accounts owned by the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended or closed without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for securing your username and password. ms88 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in protecting your login details.

Use strong passwords and do not share them with anyone else.
Log out of your account after each session, especially when using public devices.
Report immediately to ms88 support if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
Ms88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes.
The account information you provide must match the true identity of the account holder — submitting false information may result in permanent account closure.

Account Suspension and Closure

Ms88 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice in cases of terms violation, fraud, system manipulation attempts, unauthorized use of automated software, or upon instruction from relevant authorities. Balances in accounts suspended or closed for violations may not be refunded depending on investigation outcomes.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules

As an ms88 platform user, you agree to comply with all usage rules and to use the platform responsibly. Your use is conditional on refraining from any activities that might harm the platform’s integrity, other users, or ms88’s reputation.

Users are prohibited from the following while using the ms88 platform:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to access or interact with the platform without authorization.
Sharing, selling, or transferring your ms88 account to others is prohibited.
Committing any type of fraud, false payment, or system manipulation related to betting.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
Distributing content that is obscene, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
Attempting to disrupt or breach ms88 platform security systems.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension, withdrawal of all balances, and if necessary, referral to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments & Transactions

All financial transactions on the ms88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). ms88 accepts payments via various approved methods including online bank transfer, local e-wallets, and other payment methods listed on the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring the payment methods used are legally owned by them.

Deposit

Deposits to your ms88 account will be credited once payment is confirmed by the payment service provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen. ms88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties within the payment processing chain.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from ms88 accounts will be processed within the timeframe specified in the platform’s current policy. Users may be required to complete identity verification before withdrawal requests are approved. ms88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation if suspicious activity related to the account is detected.

All deposit and withdrawal amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policies which may be updated from time to time.
Any taxes or fees charged by banks or payment providers are the user’s responsibility.
Ms88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — withdrawals are only allowed to accounts under the ms88 account holder’s name.

5. Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Liability Limit

The ms88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ms88 makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform at any time. ms88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, ms88’s total liability to any user will not exceed the amount the user has deposited into their ms88 account within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim giving rise to liability.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the ms88 platform are the exclusive property of ms88 or relevant licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, displaying, performing, modifying, creating derivative works of, or exploiting any part of the platform content without prior written permission from ms88.

Third-Party Links

The ms88 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ms88 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of those links or services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third parties before interacting with their services.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Ms88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the ms88 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
